Please let us know if access to your property is restricted, as some items cannot be dismantled. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We aim to deliver your furniture within 8 weeks of your order. Many orders will arrive considerably quicker. We will arrange a mutually convenient time with you before delivery. For orders placed online all prices are inclusive of shipping and handling. All of our Dorchester furniture is handmade so measurements may very slightly vary from those stated. It is advisable to slightly over measure your space requirements rather than be millimetre accurate. Due to material density variations all weights can also vary from those stated. The Dorchester range is hand painted using pigment rich water based eggshell paint. There can be very slight variation between colour batches which can therefore cause slight variation between individual pieces of furniture. All of the stone that we use is 100% natural, therefore, 100% unique, there may therefore be very slight colour variations between different pieces of stone.
