Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods within 15 working days from receipt of your order subject to stock availability. Dorchester free standing and fitted kitchen pieces may take up to 6-8 weeks although we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks all of the time. Where geographically possible we deliver using our own in-house team, other deliveries are carried out using reputable carriers.  We will arrange a mutually convenient time with you. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date. All goods require inspection at the time of delivery and a signature to confirm that you are happy with your goods, claims may not be accepted afterwards.

To facilitate a smooth-running delivery service for you, please provide the following information when ordering:
If access to your property is restricted
If you intend to be away from home for any length of time in the near future
If some days are better than others for delivery
An alternative address if delivering to your home is not going to be possible

Delivery Charges
Please bear in mind that many of our product ranges are unusually heavy, bulky and fragile and carriage charges are a necessary evil. All of our customers are welcome to collect their orders from our distribution depot if they so wish. Carriage is charged based on the combined weight of your order, and how many people it will take to deliver, the bands are:

£9.95 up to 30kg – Goods delivered on a carrier between 9-5 mon-fri
£29.95 from 30-100kg
£39.95 over 100kg
£39.95+ an excess may be levied at our discretion calculated on a cost basis for:

Guarantees
Guarantees, as always, back up our products, having selected only those which we believe will stand the test of time. All products come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturers’ defects. If goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, if you have not done so at the time of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced promptly and free of charge.

Returns
Our returns policy applies to all products other than the Dorchester range. We accept returns for whatever reason within 5 working days as long as the product is within its original packaging and in a new re-saleable condition. We will offer a full refund less the cost of carriage for both delivery and collection.

Disclaimer
All of our Dorchester furniture is handmade so measurements may very slightly vary from those stated. It is advisable to slightly over measure your space requirements rather than be millimetre accurate. Due to material density variations all weights can also vary from those stated. The Dorchester range is hand painted using pigment rich water based eggshell paint. There can be very slight variation between colour batches which can therefore cause slight variation between individual pieces of furniture. All of the stone that we use is 100% natural, therefore, 100% unique, there may therefore be very slight colour variations between different pieces of stone.
