-You won’t be visited by a silver tongued salesman in a top of the range car to measure up
-We will not fit your kitchen, but will recommend fitters and some customers have fitted their kitchen themselves
-You will have to work with us a few more steps of the way…
The way we typically work is for you to send us your architect’s drawings or detailed measurements that you have taken yourself. We will, if pushed, visit your home, but this will be charged for separately.
We will then work with you, listening to your requirements and wishes, to design a fitted kitchen that perfectly fits your space. You can do this remotely or plan to visit our showroom for an hour’s appointment. Once we start the designs for you we will charge you an ‘intent deposit’ which is fully refundable against your eventual fitted kitchen order.
Once these designs have been finalized all you will be charged for is the component cabinets in your design and the delivery charge, all totally transparent.
You then have three options for fitting your kitchen, which, due to the fact that every cabinet is a solid framed piece of furniture, is not a daunting task. The first option is for you to use one of our recommended fitters, the second is for you to source your own and the third, which many customers have done, is to fit themselves. Our fitted kitchens are often going into extensions or complete house renovations, so many customers find it is not a problem to get their builders to fit as their last job.
We will be there to help you along the way with advice and designs, but we won’t be there to answer your every whim… but then we are only charging you for the cabinets…
Once your kitchen is fitted it will look a million dollars…and it can be your little secret that it hasn’t… |
