It is our mission to understand the product requirements of our customers with integrity and creativity. To communicate clearly with you, our customer, and to deliver a product that meets your expectations. We aim to provide the complete service from consultation to delivery with efficiency, friendliness and personal service. Delivery detailsWe aim to deliver your furniture within 8 weeks of your order. Many orders will arrive considerably quicker. We will arrange a mutually convenient time with you before delivery. Teak aftercare instructionsTeak furniture from Kit Stone leaves our premises polished but untreated. Leaving the furniture untreatedThis is the maintenance free approach that we advocate. If left untreated, the furniture will gradually turn an elegant silver grey colour so evocative of the best English gardens. As the very surface layer oxidises on exposure to the elements it will become less smooth and small cracks may appear, especially on the end grain. These are perfectly normal characteristics and will not affect the strength or long-term durability of the furniture. In hot, dry and sunny conditions, some cracks may appear larger, but these will normally reduce in cooler and wetter conditions. A gentle rub down with wire wool will remove any roughness in the early stages of weathering if you so wish. KIT STONE, PO BOX 1364, SWINDON, SN5 8TX, |
