If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We aim to deliver your goods within 10 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). Large Item Deliveries may take up to 15 working days and are undertaken by our own in-house carrier. We will arrange a mutually convenient time with you. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.
Due to the handmade nature of Dorchester Painted Furniture there is a lead time of 8 weeks, again in most instances Dorchester furniture will arrive considerably quicker than 8 weeks however we feel it is only fair to inform our customers that there may be such a wait.
