All of the items that we sell are hand made, we hold certain lines in stock, and others are made to order. We aim to deliver your goods within 15 working days from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability and production times. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an estimated lead time for the items on order. Where you are requesting a product painted in our bespoke paint service this will add an extra 15 days to the delivery time. Where geographically possible we deliver using our own in-house team, other deliveries are carried out using reputable carriers. We will arrange a mutually convenient time with you. All goods require inspection at the time of delivery and a signature to confirm that you are happy with your goods, claims may not be accepted afterwards.
To facilitate a smooth-running delivery service for you, please provide the following information when ordering: Details of access to your property if it is restricted If you intend to be away from home for any length of time in the near future If some days are better than others for delivery An alternative address if delivering to your home is not going to be possible
We always endeavour, where geographically possible, to deliver using our own vehicles and two man teams. It is our policy to manage our distribution in as environmentally efficient way as possible, whilst still offering value for money and convenience. The below charges, where they appear, reflect the use of external carriers or where the consignment is likely to take up the entire vehicle. We are offering free delivery where it is likely that the consignment will be part of a multiple drop on one of our own vehicles. The charging structure is as follows:
IF UK mainland AND basket total (gross excluding carriage) = £1 - £49.99 Then charge = £9.95 gross carriage (Irrespective of product or weight)
Basket total = £50+ and weight is: 1-150kg charge = £FREE 151-200kg = £49 201-249kg = £99 250kg+ = £149

Our own delivery teams will unpack and assemble all furniture (excluding fitted kitchens and bathrooms) exactly where you want it, in the room or position of your choice. Our drivers will remove all the packaging if you so wish, however, it should be borne in mind that we will only except returns in their original packaging.
